Shopping Questions

To place an order, simply browse our products, add your favorite candles to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.

Once an order has been placed, it’s immediately processed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Orders typically take between 3 to 5 business days for delivery within Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your order’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or substitute for the damaged product.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Yes, popular items are often restocked. If an item is out of stock, you can check back later or contact us to inquire about its availability.

Payment & Gift Card

We accept payments via bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, but 20% advance for order confirmation rest can be COD and can pay online. You can send Screen Shot of digital receipts in DM

To pay by bank transfer, select the option at checkout. You will receive our bank account details to complete the transfer. Once the payment is received, we’ll process your order for delivery.

There may be a nominal charge for COD, depending on the location and size of your order. This will be communicated at checkout.

Yes, your payment details are handled securely, and we use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information.

Currently, we do not offer a gift card option. However, stay tuned, as this feature may be available in the future!

We currently only accept one payment method per order. You can choose either bank transfer or Cash on Delivery at checkout.
